WINTER FARM METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 2

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to § 1-13.5-513(6), C.R.S., that, at the close of business on March 4, 2025, there were not more candidates than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates, for Winter Farm Metropolitan District No. 2 (the “District”). Therefore, the election for the District to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby cancelled.

The following candidates for the District are declared elected by acclamation:
Preston C. Pierson, Until May 2027
Garrett Winner, Until May 2029
Christopher Lee Brooks, Until May 2029
